Refund Policy

Refunds cover the part of a billing period you have not used. The money goes back to your account balance or to the payment method you used.

For virtual servers we refund the remaining days of the paid period pro rata, minus services already used and payment provider fees.

Once activated, dedicated servers and custom builds are not refundable, because the hardware is reserved for you alone.

There is no refund when a service is ended because of a breach of the Terms of Service, or for services paid with bonus credit.

Open a ticket in the customer panel. We review requests within 5 business days; how long the transfer takes depends on the payment provider.
