Our hardware stands in European data centres with controlled physical access, redundant power and fire suppression.

Traffic entering our network passes through filtering and automatic attack mitigation.

Management systems are reached only with SSH keys and a second factor. Every administrative action is written to a log.

We back up customer data only when a backup extra is booked for the service. Otherwise backups are the customer's responsibility.

If we detect a security incident, we document it, limit its impact, inform the customers affected and publish a summary on the status page.
