The public offer under which Hostlex provides hosting services.

  1. 1.Subject

    This document is a public offer to provide hosting services. Paying for an ordered service counts as accepting it.

  2. 2.Prices and settlement

    Prices are published on the website and can be displayed with or without VAT, depending on the country and display settings you choose.

    Payment is made in advance. A service counts as properly provided if no justified complaint is raised during the billing period.

  3. 3.Term

    The agreement runs from acceptance to the end of the paid period and is extended each time the service is renewed.

  4. 4.Force majeure

    Neither party is liable for failing to perform because of events beyond its control, including outages of backbone networks and power failures at a data centre.
