Service agreement

The agreement under which Hostlex provides services, and where your account documents are kept.

  1. 1.The published agreement

    The service agreement is the current Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the order for the service you select. Those texts are published on hostlex.su in their published language and can be read without signing in.

    Hostlex Platforms, Kaiserstraße 61, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, HRB 128745, VAT ID DE367214905, is the party that provides the services.

  2. 2.Acceptance

    Paying for an ordered service is acceptance of the agreement in the version published at that time. The service starts on the terms of full prepayment described in the Terms of Service.

  3. 3.Documents in the account

    Invoices and any personalised agreement or confirmation for your account are available after you sign in at https://my.hostlex.su. The public pages state the general terms. A document issued to your account states the service, the price and the period that apply to you.

  4. 4.Changes

    The version on this website is the one currently offered. Material changes are published here and, where appropriate, notified through the service channels before they take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal, security or abuse-prevention reasons. A service already paid for runs until the end of the paid period on the terms accepted for that period, subject to those change rules and to mandatory law.
