1.What we collect
When you create an account we store your name, email address, phone number and the billing details needed for invoices. Business customers also provide company details and a VAT ID.
We also record technical data: the IP address you connect from, sign-ins to the customer panel and operational data about your services.
2.Why we use it
We use this data to deliver and bill services, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
3.Storage and security
Data is kept on access-restricted servers inside the EU. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and staff receive only the access their role requires.
We keep data for as long as the agreement runs and afterwards for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
4.Cookies and local storage
The website remembers your colour theme, language, currency and VAT country in your browser. No analytics cookies are set without your consent.
5.Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, its correction, a restriction of processing or its deletion. Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it is you.
