How we work
Prices that match the panel
The number on this site is the number in the order summary. VAT is added for your country and shown on its own line.
Automation first
Ordering, provisioning and renewals run without waiting for staff. People step in when something needs a human.
Support from operators
Tickets are answered by the engineers who run the platform, not by a first-line script.
Where the hardware runs
| Site | Products |
|---|---|
| Frankfurt am Main | KVM, game servers and dedicated machines |
| Falkenstein | S3 buckets and 1–5 TB storage boxes |
| Nuremberg | S3 buckets |
| Helsinki | S3 buckets and 10–20 TB storage boxes |
Network use
Ports on KVM plans are shared. Bursts are fine; a port that stays saturated around the clock slows down everyone on the same uplink, so we may limit it and get in touch. If you need constant high throughput, a dedicated server is the better fit.
Billing in short
- Services are prepaid from your account balance
- VAT is calculated for the country you select
- Every payment comes with a PDF invoice
- Five days of grace after the due date, then suspension
- Suspended services are deleted 14 days later
- Refunds follow the refund policy
